How to Measure Body Size?
1. Height: Stand barefoot against a wall with heels, back, and head touching the wall. Measure from floor to the top of the head.
2. Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
3. Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (the narrowest part of the torso).

Step 2: Stand straight with your heel touching the wall.
Step 3: Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.
Add a Tip: Measure both feet and use the longer one for the best fit.
